The dust-laden air flow enters the top air inlet of the side-insert bag filter and flows downward through the gaps between the filter chambers and bags. Large particles of dust sink into the ash hopper along with the descending air flow, while small particles are retained by the filter bags. The purified air passes through the bag walls and the holes of the flower plates to gather in the clean chamber, then flows into the rotary ash discharge valve from the bottom and is finally discharged through the exhaust port to the main fan, completing the filtration process. As the filtration process progresses, the dust on the surface of the filter bags increases and the resistance rises. When the control upper limit is reached, the pulse cleaning mechanism is activated to blow and clean the filter bags until the resistance of the filter bags drops to the control lower limit. The cleaning mechanism then stops. The FD series dust collectors select various needled felt filter materials based on the working conditions of the dust to be treated. The operating resistance of equipment with different filter materials ranges from 1000 to 1500Pa. The emission concentration of the equipment is 10 to 60mg/m ³
